There are "air pods" on the bike as well - the voting body seems to think that there is increased air flow as a result. Some weird synergy is likely causing the bike to require smaller Jets ...

On a PE the jet is inside the float bowl. Take that off, spill gas all over yourself, unscrew the jet. That's it.

BUT WAIT! I don't think you are running rich. Unless someone has been tinkering ...

If you look at life cycle, of course, including construction and disposal, scooters have a chance of coming out ahead - but even then I doubt 2-strokes would come out ahead of anything with EFI.
