quick trips to shops, riding around the lakes, have fun. save gas. I'll try to use it most of the time in the warmer months instead of the car.

I'm new and new to scooters.
Any thoughts? Used Stella? New Buddy 125? Used Vespa?
I'd like to stay around $3000
