See thread in 'Events'

Starts at the monument at Summit and River Road between 6:30 and 7. Depart at 7, especially is Tom is there as he gets cranky. :)

Gonna end up at Mannings, Betties, or Bob's. One of those three. :)

Only at the end of the season when the sun is setting before we start if we don't start by 7...

Yeah, I'd be cranky too if I had to ride at night without a headlight....

Oh yeah? Oh yeah? Well, my bike *smells* worse than yours, so there!

Seriously, Indian electrics suck donkey balls - but then I've heard Italian electrics also suck donkey balls, so perhaps the Indians just did too good a job of copying the Piaggio design on that front...

The Indians did make an improvement, the Italian ones would start to crap out after about 10,15,20+ years but the Indians found a way to have it happen while they are still brand new!

Well I hope you get it resolved soon! Let me know if you need help....

Yeah, turns out my suspicion was right - the high beam and the low beam are both broken off right at the back of the switch thanks to the shifter mechanism. Bob indicated he would still honor my warranty on things that have nothing to do with the work I did (even though Genuine explicitly does not) so I'll see if his guys can take care of it for me today - it's a pain in the ASS working in that little tight space with a soldering iron, I'd rather have somebody else do it. The good news is, it will involve no parts - just labor. But the labor is the annoying kind, not the fun kind.

And seriously, I would have loved going on with you guys to onion rings and beer - what could be better - but I had this awful vision of getting pulled over by a cop in the dark in pouring rain for having no headlight, and then him smelling beer on my breath, and then the breathalizer, the fire hose, the lockdown, etc. So I thought I'd go home while it was still kind of light out.
