Anyone have experience re-jetting a PX200 engine with the addition of a Sito Plus? I've been told it's either a 118 or 116 main jet. Given no advice, I'll work down from a 118, but it would be nice to know from the git-go which jet to install. Anyone know?

SitaPlus?
that sounds like a question for StellaSpeed.

118 should be right on, install it and then do a plug chop.

I think I still have a 118 in mine. 120 was too big.

Thanks for the main jet advice; I feel reassured. As it turns out I installed the Sito earlier today, before logging on. I didn't know it before checking but the stock main jet in the stock 24mm PX200 carb was a 116. I went ahead and switched out the muffler and installed the 118. It seems to be fine. I'll see what the plug looks like after I ride it a bit.

I'm new to this, more or less. Last time I worked on a Vespa was when I was a kid -- around the dawn of time. What's a plug chop?

I didn't think I'd get much advice on Stellaspeed cuz it looked like they were all playing with 150s. I bought a Stella mid-summer last year and a couple of weeks ago I switched out the engine for a new PX200 -- that provoked me to go a bit further and upgrade the exhaust...

Plug chop?

Opps! Matty, I just now followed your link on the plug chop. What it describes is pretty much my plan. Again, thanks...
