I'm about to get in touch with sponsors from previous rallies. Most of the folks who worked on this task last year have retired, so if you know some people at any of the businesses listed on the "rally confirmed sponsors" from last year and would be willing to contact them, Jeremy and I would greatly appreciate it. I'll bump that post. Most contact information is listed. Just let us know who you're getting in touch with so that we don't duplicate the effort.

A bunch of you had ideas for new sponsors as well. If you would like to contact new potential sponsors, please let me know and I'll forward you a copy of our sponsor letter with info about the rally, ideas for the kinds of things we need, and information about where to send things.

Also, please send me the contact name, company, email, snail mail (so that we can send thank you cards) phone, what they're willing to do and whether they'd like a rally poster for their place of business.

As soon as I've confirmed a few more sponsors, Jamie will create a link with the company's logo on the nodirectionhomerally website.

Thanks in advance!

I just put it up in an effort to help those that volunteered to contact folks from last year find it. As long as nobody posts, it will drop itself down the list.

Somebody told me he or she would contact Midwest Cycle. I apologize I don't remember who it was. I happened to be there today and talked to them myself. They are going to be a sponsor. Thanks!

Yes, it's a Vega. I'm hoping that it will perform better than the blue hatchback my dad had in the 70's.

But, this is a sponsor-related thread Mister. Is Fantasy Flight going to ante up? Figured you'd have better luck asking than a dirty peasant.

Hey Jeremy,

If Fantasy Flight sponsors, tell them to send some of their games (Descent and RuneBound) for the auction. Oh, and get them to send the "small-bike" ride leader one of each. Oh, and have them autograph the games as well. Oh, and tell them I love "Doom" and "Citadels."

Oh, and tell Matt to respond to my emails.

Joe.

Which Matt?

After I get the hang of things around FFG, I'd like to design a scooter-themed game. Like a rally game a la "Lunch Money", something like that. But hey, I'll be in the marketing department.
