And 31 degrees. I know this drives some of you nuts, but just about ready to tuck the scooter under a blanky for another winter.

Wishing safe riding to all of the cold weather riders this year.

I rode around all day yesterday in relative warmth, it was great.

I managed to go until just a couple days before Thanksgiving last year. I hope I'm lucky enough to last at least that long this year. DH has already givin up for this season. He can't deal with the cold quite as well as I can despite the fact he's been living here for over 20 years, LOL. I just got to hold him off long enough from bringing it to Motoprimo for storage to get a family picture to use for our Christmas cards.

Bring it on. Sidecar + snow = fun!

I had a beautiful ride in this morning. As long as you're dressed right, winter riding can be as good as summer riding - just pay *really* close attention to road conditions.

Rode to work and did errands this morning on the stella. Mmm... Chilly. On the other hand the bike does run great once it is warmed up -- nice cool air.
I won't pack it in until there is snow on road.

Watch out for the ice!

Remember to rejet if you're planning to ride in the really cold parts of the winter - you don't want to run too lean. The winter air gets a *lot* more oxygen in there than the summer air.

Thanks Tom for posting that.

Yes, I rode all year round the last two years. (I am not going to this year -- gettin' older.) Definitely upjet if you're going to ride for any distance in less than freezing weather.

Rode to work this morning, snug as a bug on a VNB.

Rode the Stella around a good bit yesterday, not too cold at all.
