Vespa introduced another new scooter this week (in Europe). Although it still seems like a mish-mash between new style and old, it is notably more retro IMHO. If they keep going in this direction, even Derrick or Matt might eventually… nah, never mind.

That thing looks like shit. If they really wanted to try to get us oldies involved they they would put out a more rounded bike but that thing looks like a turd.

All I'm interested in riding is that MP3 monstrosity.

All I'm interested in riding is your mom.

Seriously Jeremy why do you leave yourself open like that?

Why would they even want to say, "traces its origins to the 50 Special." 50 Specials had about a 28 mph top speed. So few were sold that you could still buy them with 0 miles a couple of years ago.

The back end looks nice, but the square headlight is ugly. I suppose you could always put a bag over it.

Hey, my mother's a saint!

Actually, she's a Unitarian, so she can't really be a saint. Shit.

I kinda like it for a new scoot. They picked the 50 special because I believe they sold more of those than any other scoot they made. Or at least every 15 year old kid in Europe had one at some point.

That new 50s is the first new Vespa that has actually appealed to me. I can't quite tell the dimensions, but if it is the same size as a smallframe or a buddy that would be pretty damn cool.

You're a very Biblical person, Nate. Whenever fundamentalists tell me that the Bible bans homosexuality, I like to point them to Leviticus 20:18.
