HeShootSheScores rides a Buddy. Found this great video on PGO's site for the Buddy:

http://www.pgo.com.tw/download/CF/bubu.wmv

Their description on the PGO site includes the following "character" of the Buddy (or BuBu as PGO calls it):

Brand new 5 in 1 intelligent central lock ¡XYou can open your met-in even your engine is on, clever and easy handling.
Extra Large Met-in Space¡Xthere will always be enough space for you to put your belongings.
Two tone anti-slip seat¡XTally with the Ergonomics, you can always ride elegantly even wearing a mini skirt. Easy parking center stand.
Ant-slip pillion rider footrest with elegant design.
Twin-pipe back pressure tuning muffer.
23000cd multi-reffecting head lamp.
Fully covered muffler protector, prevent scald.

HeShootSheScores ~ do you ride elegantly in your mini skirt?

I am just jealous as you can "You can open your met-in even your engine is on."

Is your Buddy a "vintage" scooter? No.

In the words of a good friend of mine ~ "Looser"

>>Two questions for the group.....
>>How many miles have you put on this season?

Well, I only got my scooter a couple weeks ago, but I put over 150 miles on 'er already.

>>How far did you ride today?

In this rain? None. Plus we moved over the weekend (actually, Friday through Monday, what with all the rain), so we haven't ridden much lately. But we did sneak in a ride around Lake of the Isles last night before the next batch of thunderstorms hit.

>>Bonus question....
>>Did you scoot to work?

I haven't yet because it's 18 miles (well, 17 miles after the move) and crosses the Minnesota River (see my other thread). Haven't worked up the courage yet. Although those motorcycle spots are temptingly close to the front door at work.

>> How many vintage scooters have/do you own>>>>>>>?

Does 'vintage' mean out of warranty? ;-) I have one of those, but it's not very old.

>> What years are your scooters>>>>>>>>>>?

Mine: 2006 Daring Plum Vespa LX 150. My boyfriend's: 2007 red Genuine Buddy 50.

>> Do you maintain them yourself, what was a recent repair/upgrade that you accomplished>>>>>>>>>?

Well, I charged my battery. Does that count? That's probably the most technical thing I'll ever do to it. Well, I filled the gas tank twice, too. And I clean it after every ride--hey, that's maintenance. I feel particularly macho now.

>>Seems a little more interesting then going to the store on a zuma for a gallon of milk. But thats just me.

What's a zuma? And we did buy them in part for errand running, as Kowalski's and the Wedge are within 2 miles. However, we don't yet have pets to put in the under-seat pet carrier.
