Throwing this out to the general populous because I am guessing that Scooterville is really busy trying to figure out how to move right now....Bob, Steven, Ed....professor and Mary Anne, if you have an opinion, feel free to offer.
My Stella has an electrical gremlin. It looks like I am not charging my system while running. On a fully charged battery, the turn signals will flash when asked.
Now when I ride, I have enough juice to run the headlight while running and the tail light but my brake light does not come on for either front or back brakes and when I turn on the turn signal, the brake light cycles, not the turn signals. I have to kick…which I am used to but can only use the magic button on a trickle charge, fully charged battery.
I believe it is the charging system, not a crossed wire because when I trickle charge the battery and fire the bike up on a fully charged battery this issue goes away.
Is there a common failure in the charging system that I am too lazy to read Stella boards to find? Where should I start chasing my tail?

I believe the engineer that designed the headlight on the Gran Canyon was eventually fired by Cagiva. Unable to find work in Italy, he was forced to seek employment elsewhere, eventually settling in Taiwan. PGO was very excited to have a fine, Italian designer working for them and immediately put him to work on the Rattler/Black Cat headlight.
