There used to be a group of scooter riders called the Regulars that rode on a fairly consistant basis. Other scooter enthusiasts came along and tried to tie in to the vibe the Regulars had created. Trouble was that the Regulars were a vintage club that had never had to contend with a barage of new scooters. While there's a new flock of enthusiastic scooter riders to contend with, the vintage riders still own the Pizza Luce' uptown domain.
I don't suggest everyone hug and get along in a big love fest. It's up to Obama to accomplish that.
I'd like to meet up with scooterists who love their scooters at a place that has good pizza by the slice around 2pm sunday.
How 'bout Pizza Luce on Lyndale & 32nd?
No planned ride. Go where the day takes you. |

I work at 3pm on Sundays. But I ride right by Pizza Luce on my way to work. I might stop for a quick "Hello". |

And you did!
Great seeing everyone, as always. Hope the rest of you put some miles on today.

I wish I could have made it. I have loving my scooter with the aid of a wrench. :-)
Almost done!

Yeah, great that people turned out. Let's do this more often. Pizza Lucé is fabulous. |

Actually we don't own it anymore, we lost a turf war with the fixed gear bicycle kids, who knew those skinny kids with funny pants could be so tuff. |

And Matt missed the debut of Susan's new bike: a 2004 Ninja 250!

Funny how Susan wasn't the one riding it when it arrived ;-) |

Sweet I'll send her an invite to the '04 Ninja club. Now if you would get a real bmw you'd *almost* be cool! |

Just because you kept the fairing doesn't mean you still have a BMW.

What? Dual Hella 500's and a five-gallon fuel cell doesn't make it a real BMW?
