sorry this is a bit late but I wanted to thank you for running everything this year and being the go-to guy. the last skooter du was an absolute blast! I had forgotten how much work goes into the rally and I appreciate how much time and energy you put into it. I know there are lots and lots of people to thank but I think you deserve a special post all to yourself! thanks. |

BTW, do you have any patches left? I lost mine somewhere along the way. I can swing by the Planet to pick it up, if so. |

They are now officially collectors items and will cost $50.00.
I saw an asian restro one on e-bay for $3,400., these are genuine though. |

BTW, Egan, do you have my Serveterans patch?
I could pick that up as well, as long as I'm in the area. |

I too want to say thanks to everyone for a great rally, especially to Matt and the core people responsible for making it happen. My wife and I both had a lot of fun. |

yes, thanks matt - for lending of your time, talents and passion to the rally. this years and in years past. everyone else that helped - you rock as well.
everything is so well run, to the untrained eye, and just a joy to participate in.
friday night was all i could attend (considering my only brother planned his wedding for rally weekend), but it was as enjoyable as ever.
Thanks for all your work and sacrifice for the love of scooting. You Rock! |

I have to add my BIG THANKS TO MATTY and to all the STAFF as well. It was a great event. This rally, just like rallies past, had that MAGIC touch as if it were a living, breathing thing, something, like a good loaf of French bread, that can only happen with minimum but expert handling and baking.
Matty, you have what I would call GRACE UNDER PRESSURE. A rare thing and the hallmark of a true leader, a person who makes things happen.

thanks matt, you are like a good loaf of french bread...
jeff(especially), egan, lisa, jeremys, blockers, cooks, thrill-seekers, my bowling team, my heterosexual life partner nate, "other nate," bob H., stephen, ed, and moses...wait no, fuck that dude.(j/k.)
everyone at that rally was instrumental in making it the biggest and best i've been to. i had the most fun i've had all summer. I put my scoot down 3 times, but it's already back to "mostly" normal, a.k.a. "legal." well worth every crash...
p.s.- michelle, nate spent the money you gave him for raffle tix on beer... and he didn't win shit... |

I was on the small grill.... and I wanted to let you know that you can eat my sausage any time, jsyx. :-() :-) It was a great rally, my first and I loved it. Matty, my hats off to you as I can understnad the pain and suffering it takes to herd these cats into a rally.

i already posted a big thanks to everyone involved, but i just have to add to the din of love for Matt and Trish for all these great rallies. y'all deserve a long break from rally organizing, but you also deserve "scooter legend" status from now on in my book.
right up there with phil and hodge and the secret society, kids!
maybe they'll be a scooter hall of fame someday... |
