crashed toys came and picked up the ET4 yesterday...it was kind of sad to see it dragged up onto the flat bed. I had seen the scoot a few weeks after the accident when i got home from the hospital...but i didn't really get a good look at it cause i was so emotional....it was interesting to see it again yesterday.
the front fork was sheered off and they had tied the tire to the frame. the inside of the leg shield was caked in my blood (yuck) the whole front was caved in...the back of the scoot was untouched...though the crashed toys guy broke the back rack. It fascinates me that this thing is worth auctioning for parts...i guess the engine is fine, especially because the back of the bike was only slightly scraped and dented compared to the front. hmmm.
the good news is that i was motivated enough to get out to the garage (on the alley) that I walked half a block with my crutches before kate had to push me the rest of the way in the wheel chair...I'm weeks away from being upright!. plus i got to see the P and she's always good for some cheering up!
