I just saw on the International Scooter bbs that ScootGirl (http://scootgirl.com/) got rear-ended and is giving up riding for now.

The nature of riding is that sooner or later, no matter how good you ride you go down. That's why we have insurance and protective gear.

My kids are buying me a jacket for my birthday. Any suggestions? I looked at Joe's the other night and like the Joe Rocket and Cortech denier (spelling?) stuff with removeable liners.

I have a Corazzo jacket arriving today. I'll let you know what I think of it.
