That re-enforces my theory that all scooters should be manual. It sure is hard to shift and swing a machete.

I disagree.

I saw two dudes trying to eat a twinkie on manuals with minimal difficulty and a guy on a Silverwing tank going over bumps with major difficulty. Swinging a machete on a manual seems like it falls somewhere in the middle of that spectrum of things that can be done while driving a scooter.

In fact, I'm going to be honing my scooter-machete hacking skills this weekend except it won't involve a scooter but a lawn chair instead. Oh, and it won't involve a machete but a beer instead.

Stop the presses...

These guys got off their bikes and attacked. Wussies.

I am having a very hard time framing any person on a scooter as "menacing" given that I perceive scooters and scooter drivers as inherently silly except that I am now imaging Ritchie at last year's Du except that I'm thinking about Moses now...

Oh, the humanity.
