I saw one of those things on a Vespa ET here in Chicago yesterday. Female rider. Seemed sensible if it gets you to go in the cold season.

I think it was a leopard pattern.

I was in Paris last January....Hundreds of scooters buzzing around in a snowstorm almost all has these types of "skirts".
Saw one guy on the Autobaun on a scooter in a snowstorm at night!!
He got a big pair!!!

Yeah, there's nothing new about scooter skirts - these have been sold in Europe for years. I was trying to find a place to buy one in Paris, but I never got around to finding one. For Minnesota, it would really make a lot of sense, especially for those of us who are stupid enough to try riding through the winter. I'll probably buy one...
