I wish I was hardcore enough to ride in this *dumb* weather!

*waaaah*

I want to ride my scoot in the sunshine!

~ just a whiny rant ~

I second that this weather rots!

Funny thing is we Minn-Maxr's postponed our first ride of the 2005 season from April 23rd to May 14. So here we are three weeks later and the forecasted high temperature for Saturday is just as cold.

Tuesday night's ride got rained out. Well, Michelle called me and called me names for not going .. in the cold rain. I ride for pleasure, not to prove something.

Although if it doesn't warm/dry up soon I'm going to pretend it's the cold weather challenge...

Hey now, did I ever tell you about the time a guy I know won the CWC? Well once upon a time not so long ago in a land not so far far away a stupid guy decided to ride his scooter when it was REALLY F*#&%#^ cold out. Well he did ride for 11+ miles in -11 degree weather and all the towns folk... did nothing, he was ignored and ridiculed for this feat. I hear he sold all of his scooter and now races go carts in Iowa.

tuesday night's ride did *not* get rained out... only a select few actually went and enjoyed the ride/route/etc. and by select few, i of course mean ... well.... just me.

the bowl of hot soup & cup of tea really hit the spot when i got home tho!

I heard that the organizers of the CWC are reviewing this past year’s winner. Something to with bribery or insufficient proof of meeting all the contests criteria? I am not sure of the details but it was the talk of Chicago last weekend.

Can we set up a voting poll? I think "Binky" has a nice ring.

Good, they're finally tired of talking about my botched implant surgery.
