Sorry to be a pest -

But i wanted to say THE WEATHER IS GOING TO BE FINE, and the ride will be ending up at Grumpy's NE for Art-A-Whirl festivities, which includes a certain mythical dinosaur-like scooter-beast's punk rock band!

Just a note of encouragement!

Wish I knew how to a stop-the-rain dance. Guess I'll have to make one up! ;o)

Love
Bx

Sounds cool. I hope it doesn't do what it's been doing.

I showed up at 12:30, or only a couple of minutes after, and no one was there. I asked some of the customers sitting outside if any scooterists had been there and they said yes, but that they had left about 10 minutes ago. Although I knew that you were going to end up at Grumpy's, I went inside to ask the employees if a message had been left regarding the route to be taken to get there, and they said no. Becky's posting on this ride (Version 5.21) said that it would leave at 12:30. I am sure that I would have seen you pulling away from Mhaha Coffee as I pulled up. Anyways, I went East into St Paul, took the High Bridge and ended up at Porky's on University for some food and classic car viewing and had a nice ride, so no harm was done. I am glad that I hadn't asked one of my friends to ride double with me though, as they would have come along partly to see other old classic scoots.

Sorry I couldn't make it, prior commitment. I stopped by grumpys as soon as I could, about 3:00 but you guys were long gone. I'll be there next time for sure.

Jeremy P., thanks babe for leading the ride.

Tom, sorry - I never thought to leave the route with the counterfolk at the coffee shop. Would have been helpful since we didn't post a route in advance this time. Thanks for making a good point. Glad you had a nice ride anyway, and hope you'll join us again next month.

Those who made it, thanks!

Those who didn't - the weather was pretty crazy that day, so I don't blame yas!

Next month - let's get as many as possible out for this ride, K? I've got over 40 people on my e-mail list and know of even more. There's a lot of vintage scoots in this town, let's see a majority of them out in force at least once this season (BESIDES at the rally!)

Details coming soon.......

Love,
Bx
