Fourth Annual All Italian Car & Motorcycle Show.
This year’s event will be on Sunday September 10th, 2006 — 10AM-4PM — at The Lake Calhoun Executive Center at 3033 Excelsior Blvd., Minneapolis, MN (same as the last three WOI shows).

Check out the pics of the 2005 show (how many Stellas can youspot?)
I highly recommend going, as I had a blast last year.
-K (wondering if I can be back from Duluth by 4...) |

I may be ignorant but how does a Stella fit into an event called "Wheels of Italy"?
Now "wheels of India" yes but not Italy.
Just asking.

Scootermonkey is a scooter nazi.
Remember - they are just going for an Italian "Feel". |

Actually this is what it says on the website:
"WOI has forged ahead to deliver a much-needed focus on Italian vehicles and their owners. There has been little or no activities with the clubs, lack of service providers and virtually no advertising focus in the Midwest for parts and resources. We all drive works of Italian art and want more."
And dont be daft Derrick. You are just as much a scooter nazi as anyone.

Oh come on Chris.
You know it's OK to have an imitation. Not everyone can have the real thing.
It's like going to see a tribute band when the original broke up years ago.
Oh no! The Beatles broke up along time ago! No problem. Just check out the "Back beat".

Or is it like Lisa put it a while back. Its like showing up to a classic car show with a 89 honda civic. Sure it's red and shiny and made of metal but was it made in Detroit? Seriously.

Kevin, I'm sure we can be back from the Duluth Run by 4. Will we be? I wouldn't bet on it. But we can be.
And gentlemen, if one were to throw a Piaggio logo, a P200 badge, and some grease on a stella none of those motorcycle guys would know the difference. Heck, they probably wouldn't know the difference if somebody didn't do those things.
They're just fucking scooters after all.
And frankly, they probably wouldn't care. |

I would know. And my mom always told me to tell the truth. Besides not all scooters are created equally. Some are old and cool.
