Had the chance to go for a little spin yesterday. From Sartell through Saint Cloud, Augusta and south on highway 7 to the next town whose name escapes me at the moment. Foster? Faustin? Flava Flave? pfff I can't remember..
Anyway it was around dusk and the bugs were a-pelt'n. Had to stop at one point to clear the face shield. Alot of straight but some great S turns if you get the speed up. You know the kind. Big, sweeping lean it over and dig into the throttle cornering.
Its was around the time when the sun is on its last legs and the evening light just draws itself out. The sky seemed to stay that evening blue almost the whole ride.
About the only thing that I didn't enjoy was the constant donking of small winged (some felt not so small) bugs between the collar of my jacket and the chin of my helmet. Need a windscreen.
