I hope everbody made it out on their scoots. I know I did as soon as I got off of work.

DH met me at work and we went on a 2.5 hour, 50 mile ride. It was great!
The LX150 performs so-o-o much better than the Schwinn. I was actually passing up DH most of the time. We did part of the route from the big ride from the rally. Went over the Wabasha bridge, down by Harriet Island and over to Hwy 13. It was so much more fun on a scoot with more power.
During the rally ride, I started out near the front of the pack. The first major hill we hit, I ended up near the back of the pack. By the end of the ride, I was actually the last in line. Well, THAT'S not going to happen again!

I think we may have seen some of you all yesterday. We had just come down that big hill from Summit Ave and were waiting to turn onto 7th st when a group of about 5-7 scooterists came through the intersection from the north and turned left. That was at about 4:00pm. Looked like vintage sccots and/or Stellas. Hard to tell because we were a few cars back waitin for the light to change.

Hope you had a great scooter ride!

Yup, that group would have been the Sunday ride from Pizza Luce. As it happened, we had someone who needed to head back to the southern burbs, so we thought a jaunt over the High Bridge and around Cherokee park and St. Paul would be a good run.

And it was! Anyone else notice the bar called Scooters--near the Jackson St. roundhouse?

ok, who has a red Stella(?) with taxi stripes on it?

I saw you heading south on Lyndale just before 2pm. Heading for Pizza Luce? I was still at work. (The Wedge has alot of windows that face Lyndale)

I wanted to head down there after work, but DH was not feeling very social and just want us two to go for a ride by ourselves. You all were probably gone by 330 anyways.

That's me.... Evil Scooter Kitty.... on the red beast with the checkerboards. Like a complete idiot (well, comments Kevin?) I took Franklin to Lyndale to Pizza Luce so I'm sure it was well AFTER 2:00 that you saw me go by.
