And I alone hold the power of the eyebolt. It will be on an allstate within the next month. Someday I shall share the knowledge of the mounting of the eyebolt. Till then you must wait.

I think I remember.
The EYE BOLT was attached to the spare tire holder with bolts. I think the bolt heads were ground off and then the remaining studs were welded to the EYE BOLT so they could NOT be removed. However, some strange group of scooterists found a way to remove it.
I think the group has something to do with...
