I've called and e-mailed Scooterville asking about appraisal before and got no reply. (I needed one for insuring my '62).
E-mailed Chelsea at Scomo, all it took was a photo and the basic info (make, model, mileage etc.) and it was a done deal in a day or two. She didn't charge for it because I concurrently ordered a bunch of parts, but ask to be sure.
