I think so based on his craigslist ads and an angry customer who stopped in the shop last saturday. That allstate doesn't seem like a bad deal though.

Yes, Dave Christiansen's. The scooter looks alright. It would be better if no one had attempted to paint it with a brush. It was at the state fairgrounds at that sixties bike show.
