Rally is Rattle My Bones
2007 Twin Cities Motorscooter Rally
This is the 8th Annual Scooter rally for the Twin Cities area. We are hoping to have well over 300 attendees from around the United States attend our fine rally. Keep visiting the site as we will be working diligently over the next several months to provide the best Scooter Rally that the Twin Cities has ever seen.
The online store is now OPEN!!
Pre-register, buy an extra shirt, buy a patch or some buttons. As a grand opening to our web store we are extending the FREE T-SHIRT offer. For $25 you can register for the rally and get a free tshirt! The bad news is you will now have to pay for shipping the shirt to you( $5). The FREE TSHIRT offer will not last forever we have sold out of Small and Medium already - hurry we our running out of other sizes as well. We plan on having different shirts at the Rally, but these will not be part of the free tshirt promotion.
Well its March 2007 only 5 more months until rally! We will be promoting the Rally throughout the summer!

Was it the vintage a-holes that drove you out (are any actively involved?) or artistic differences? |

Quote from TNR site-
In a message dated 7/24/2007 11:18:47 P.M. Central Daylight Time,
What the hell was that about?
Apparently there were some "words" between Dave and the vintage crowd. Same
ol' shit.
It's still happening on Minnescoota.
Peace, Love and Scooters.

Hey TNR people, you should get your facts straight before you blame "the vintage crowd." I talked to David Lee (I consider him a friend) and you guys have it WRONG! |

Hey Derrick, if you'll notice from your quoted text one singular person made that comment, not a group of "TNR people".
It should be noted that I have no dog in this fight. Some folks stepped up to put on a rally and I appreciate their efforts. How that has become a point of conflict I cannot understand.
Tempest in a fucking teacup. |

Thanks for mentioning that Spikehead.
I know some of you are sticklers for details so let me point out that there was a small group of at least 3 tnr people that were quick to jump on the the cheap shot bandwagon and concur with Kevin. I was referring to them when I said "tnr people". If you are interested in their names you can check the site for yourself.
I also thought it was fitting to return the favor and generalize about "tnr people" as they like to generalize about "the vintage crowd". I see you noticed!
Finally, for the newbies that only get the "tnr" side of things, please note the irony of the statements in question. They are not what you would expect from someone with a tag line of "Peace, Love and scooters". |

Derrick is right....
I dont have enough contact with the Vintage crowd for there to be any word between us.
It has nothing to do with vintage.
It has a lot to do with personal liabilities. |
